Exam Policy for Fortray Global Services Limited
The objective of this policy is to outline the responsibilities and obligations of students regarding examination vouchers provided by Fortray Global Services Limited. This policy defines examination eligibility requirements, booking processes, examination voucher conditions, student responsibilities, and circumstances in which Fortray may be unable to facilitate an examination booking. The policy aims to ensure transparency and set clear expectations for all parties involved in the examination process.
Scope
As an online training provider specialising in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Project Management, and Digital Skills programmes, Fortray's examination processes may vary depending on the certification pathway selected by the student.
All certification examinations are administered by third-party certification vendors, such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, Pearson VUE, and other awarding bodies. Students must comply with both Fortray's policies and the policies, procedures, and regulations established by the relevant examination vendor.
For specific information relating to their certification programme, students are encouraged to contact the Student Support Team for guidance.

- One Voucher Policy: For the avoidance of doubt, Fortray will only provide one examination voucher for a single examination (where applicable) included within the student's purchased programme. Multiple vouchers for the same certification examination will not be supplied unless explicitly included within the student's package.
- Examination Fee Increases: Examination voucher values are calculated based on the examination price at the time of enrolment. If an examination vendor increases the examination fee before the student books their examination, the student will be responsible for paying any difference between the original examination fee and the current examination fee before an examination voucher can be issued.
- Voucher Booking Requirement: Where an examination voucher has been supplied directly to a student, the student must book their examination within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the voucher. If a student fails to book the examination within this timeframe, Fortray shall not be responsible for issuing a replacement voucher.
5. Examination Resits
In the event that a student does not successfully pass their examination:
- Students must comply with any waiting periods or retake policies imposed by the examination vendor.
- Students may be required to provide evidence of their examination results before any resit request is reviewed.
- Unless explicitly stated within the student's purchased programme, only the first examination voucher is included by Fortray.
