Non-Commission (Payroll-Based) Model
In our non-commission model, the candidate remains on Fortray’s payroll and is deployed to your organisation.
We manage salary processing, statutory compliance, and administrative responsibilities, while the professional works on-site or remotely within your business operations.
This structure reduces employer liability, simplifies cross-border hiring, and provides flexibility for contract, interim, or project-based finance roles.
