Here, you’ll find details on extending your lab access, using your MD-100 Lab during or outside live sessions, setting up a Microsoft 365 trial account, and more. MD-100 lab access expires 6 months after its initial setup. To extend access, a fee of £100 is required. Please use the Viva Wallet payment link, then share the transaction receipt with us at support@fortray.com to reactivate your lab access.
You can access your MD-100 Lab at any time. However, please remember that lab access expires 6 months after creation, after which you’ll need to request an extension.

When your Tenant ID expires, you’ll need to create a new Microsoft 365 trial account to continue practicing. Yes, you can access labs on your PC, but please use the provided virtual machine (VM) within the lab environment. Applying lab instructions directly on your PC may cause system issues.
If you’ve received an email containing your lab access credentials (also check your spam folder), you’re all set. If you haven’t received such an email, please reach out to our support team for assistance support@fortray.com
You have six months to practice in your labs. If your lab expires, just contact support to renew it for another six months
You will be provided with a single tenant ID for your bootcamp. Consequently, it is important to note that terminating your labs will not allow you to erase all the data, configurations, and settings saved on your cloud server.
We have assigned you online labs to practice. However, we strongly advise against practicing these labs on your personal computers, as doing so may result in damage to your systems.
