Welcome to our Learning Management System (LMS) FAQ section. This guide provides answers to common questions related to accessing your courses, course materials, and LMS features. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please refer to the following FAQs or contact our support team for help.

You can log in by visiting https://fortray.learnworlds.com and entering your registered email address and password (e.g., Fortray@123). If the password doesn’t work, click on “Forgot your password” and follow the instructions to reset it.

Click on “Forgot your password” on the login page, enter your registered email address, and check your inbox for a reset link. Follow the link to create a new password and access your account again.

After logging into your LMS account, click on your profile and go to the “Courses” section. You’ll see all the courses that have been assigned to you there.

Once you open your assigned course, you’ll find different modules listed. Click on them to view your course materials, such as videos, slides, PDFs, and lab guides, all organized by topic.

Log in to your LMS account and open your assigned course (for example, Microsoft Bootcamp). You’ll see all your scheduled live sessions with the dates mentioned. Click on “Join Session” at the scheduled time to attend the class directly through your portal.

You can find your class recordings inside your assigned course under the section titled “Class Recordings” (usually the second section). All recorded sessions are available for playback.

If some materials are not opening, refresh the page or clear your browser cache. It’s best to use the latest version of Google Chrome and try using Incognito Mode. If the problem continues, please contact the support team using the chat icon on your LMS screen.

Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements (Core i5, 6th Gen or higher). Clear your browser cache, update your browser, or open the video in Chrome’s Incognito Mode. Also, ensure that your Windows updates are installed.

Recordings are usually uploaded by the end of each session day. If you don’t see them, please check the “Class Recordings” section of your course again after 24 hours. If they’re still not visible, reach out to the support team for help.

Recordings are specific to your assigned batch. However, in some cases, access to previous batch recordings can be provided if required. You can contact the support team for assistance.

All exam preparation materials are available within your assigned course. For example, in the Microsoft Bootcamp course, go to Section 07 (Exam Preparation) to find mock tests, study notes, and other helpful resources.

If you don’t see any courses on your dashboard, first make sure you’re logged in with your registered email address. If you’ve just enrolled, please wait 24 hours. If it’s still missing, contact the support team via chat or email to assign it manually.

Simply click 'OK', then tap on the three-line menu icon at the top right corner and sign in to your account from there.

Open your course dashboard, and you’ll see a progress bar under your course showing how much of the course you’ve completed.

All your live sessions, recordings, and exam preparation materials are available within your assigned course on the LMS. If you have more than one module, recordings are listed under “Class Recordings,” and other materials, such as exam preparation or technical content (Microsoft, CCNA, etc.), are titled accordingly in their respective sections.

Yes, the LMS is mobile-friendly. You can log in via your mobile browser, but for the best experience, use a laptop or desktop.
