IT Fundamentals & CompTIA+ sessions are available only on Saturdays due to limited availability; weekday sessions are not offered. Once you complete this phase, you can proceed to the MS Bootcamp, where you'll have the flexibility to choose your session days.

Congratulations on finishing the MS Bootcamp! The next step is to book your MD-102 exam. Please inform our Support Team of your preferred date and time for the exam, and the team will assist with booking. Email us at [email protected] or call us at +44 207 993 4928 (Ext: 2). Once completed, you’ll move on to the pre-recruitment phase.

All training sessions are conducted online, and you can join using the Fortray Learning Portal. A specific folder that will be assigned to you from which you can access a live class. There are no on-campus sessions; all lectures, discussions, and support are virtual.

Yes, we encourage keeping your camera on during sessions. This helps with interaction, builds confidence, and fosters a more engaging learning environment.

Switching batches is not preferable, as it may cause confusion due to changes in tutors, lab environments, and course structure. However, if you have a valid reason for switching, please email [email protected] or call us at +44 207 993 4928 (Ext: 2), and our support team will assist you with the transfer.

The IT Support Industry Master Class is designed to boost practical skills for a real-world IT support role, focusing on:

• ITIL & ITSM Fundamentals: Understanding IT Infrastructure Library and Service Management frameworks.
• Ticketing Systems: Learning the components of IT Helpdesk Ticketing Systems.
• Jira Training: Gaining hands-on experience with Jira, a widely used ticketing system.
• IT Service Management: Exploring key IT service processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

You should attend the IT Support Industry Master Classes after passing the MD-102 exam, usually during the pre-recruitment. It is important to attend one session and get a certificate for it before reaching the recruitment stage.

Attendance at a minimum of one Master Class is required, but you’re welcome to attend additional sessions to enhance your skills.
