In case of an Emergency where the student cannot attend their program training due to unforeseen circumstances, the student can Hold (Pause) the program for a maximum of 2 to 3 months, however, all learning must be completed within these 12 months. If you are unable to complete your learning within this timeframe, you will need to apply for a course extension, which will incur an additional charge.
Regarding your request for a payment hold, I would like to inform you that, as per our policy, such requests are referred to our Credit Department for review. Subject to approval, we can provide a payment hold of up to two months, with a £35 penalty charge per month applicable during the hold period. Once the Credit Department reviews your request, they will confirm the outcome and guide you on the next steps.
