In case of an Emergency where the student cannot attend their program training due to unforeseen circumstances, the student can Hold (Pause) the program for a maximum of 2 to 3 months, however, all learning must be completed within these 12 months. If you are unable to complete your learning within this timeframe, you will need to apply for a course extension, which will incur an additional charge.

You can switch the course if the overall progress is less than 20 % and no certification is unlocked. If criteria is not met then course change fee would be applicable.
